WHO’S USING YOUR TONGUE  2012 by Vicki Smith White

Father God, thank You for revealing so clearly the words of the spirit of rejection.  Help me recognize them, not only when they come from the lips of others, but also when they issue from my own lips.  I do not want to curse myself, or any of Your children by agreeing with rejection and speaking it’s language.  Make me aware of my thoughts, Lord, and the words of rejection that enter my imagination and have conversation with me, so that I can reject rejection.  I repent to You, Father, for taking the opinions of man over Your opinion, for accepting the word of another instead of Your word, and for allowing rejection to cause me confusion and heartache.  I repent for participating with spirits of rejection and speaking their words to reject others and myself.  I ask You to help me remove the labels rejection has put on me, and to restore me to that wonderful person You created me to be, so that I can do good works with a pure heart, and bring forth good fruit.  I declare I will no longer immerse myself in identity crisis brought on by rejection.  I will be defined only by You, Lord.  I break all agreement with spirits of rejection from my past and present.  I forgive and release into Your hand all my ancestors who opened the door for spirits of rejection to inhabit my thoughts and mess up my life.  I forgive and release all who have rejected me in any way, mother and father, sisters and brothers, friends, spouses, coworkers, and acquaintances, and any other person.  I forgive them for their words, actions, and attitudes of rejection toward me, and I release them from responsibility for any curse that may have attached itself to me.  I take all curses of rejection and I give them to the Lord Jesus Christ, who is my curse bearer.  Thank You, Father, for freeing me now from all spirits of rejection.  In the name of Jesus.  AMEN.
